pre-camp '07 ! (:
hmm. okay, this is only gonna be about pre-camp and nothing else! HAHA (:later then post about swallow sleepover (: WOOTS. DAY 1 (monday) : hmmm. let me think. i was the 2nd group so i did the gadgets knots first. it was mainly about tying square lashes, snake lesh, diagonal lesh and clove hitch ( -.- ) HAHA. haha. must remember the snake lesh! scared i forget! ( OOPS ) then had a super rush recess. like 15mins. didnt eat finish my bread :'( then it got squashed! (cries even more!) oh, but very funnny cos tongtong actually thought we had a 1hour break. WAHHHHH. i wish man. (wish also don have lah LOL) then after break had topo lecture with orchid! haha. they say sit in a circle but our patrol only had me, elissa and yingqi. so elissa said sit in a triangle. HAHAHAHR. damn funnaye. YAYS for us. we abit blurr but got the answers right. i guess :D then ethel came (: YAY! i didnt really understand much. HAHA. i quite dumb one. plus i hate geog. sunflower patrol the answer abit weird weird one, so funny ! HAHA (: then had first aid lecture next with xinhui. haha. quite fun man! alot of laughs! esp when that xinhui went to demo the scalp bandage on the sec3 cheryl. then people starting laughing like.. just ALOT. esp that brenda! she super hilarious lah! cos she was kinda like sitting beside me so she kept laughing until her face became red or sth lah! then i ws looking at her like, so funny meh? that kinda exp. but then she go say "look like ali baba" or what lah! then i also started laughing like shit. HAHAHAHAHAHRHAHRHAHRHAHHRRHHAHRHAHRHAHRHAHRHAHRHAHAHAHAHR then did all the bandages on ethel. hmm yupp. it was like very awkward. so. no comments. (: oh then my scalp bandgae i tie like dunno how to tie so xh go pull the thing and say "bugs bunny!" - like theres some bunny ears like that. xD ! yeah, it was rather embarrassing for me cos i tied it. BOOOOOOOO. ethel somehow decided to test her skills onmy head too so i went out with all the other 'casualties' abit weird. cos im like the only sec1 there. but who cares! :D hahaha. the first aid was like the best! so fun lo. HAHA. DAY 2 (tuesday) : oh! day2 was the most fulfilling day i guess(: we did axemanship and firelighting (outdoor cooking) started with axemanship. the chunkoal (dunno how to spell, but pronouced like that) very hard to use! i do until very.. erm. yeah, my turfing sucks lah okay! i cant aim! then the chopping of the wood with the axe was.. hmm. quite okay(: basicINSTRUCTIONS (for chooping wood with axe) : (scared i forget) -cut in a 45degress angle at one side (a 'V' shape) -do three times at one side then change to the other (do ubtil the wood has been choped or wherever you wanna stop) i guess its something like this! :D at least better than that stupid chunkoal thingy. DAY 3 (wednesday) : hehehehe! HIKE ON DAY3! i thought that the hike was gonna be the funnest of all but it was really the most tiring of all. did PT. oh gosh. hmm, went for a slow jog- 2rounds. actually i hate slow jogs cos its like you take smaller steps so the thing feels like it takes forever to end larrrh. then did 2 sets of 30 squats i think. then did 30 star jump i guess. racheltay go introduce the super tiring thing lah, so i was like 1sec slower then the average. BOO. set off for hike and merged with mynah patrol. hilda was our facilitator. YAY. shes like super nice haha :D cos i rmb when we went to the hospital for like a 5-10 mins break hilda gave me her biscuit cos i didnt eat breakfast. so nice right! HAHAHAR. and my legs felt like they were breaking off lah! damn painnnnnnnn! like from school WALK alllllll the way to novena. like gosh lah! my mum thought they were crazy haha yea, was most of the time with elissa i guess. luckily got her to pei2 wo3. if not i damn lonely HAHA. cos like not close with the mynah sec1s so .. hmm, ya. that joeytok didnt come lah! stupid her, go holiday. HAHA(: we were the second team to reach the school! HAHA(: so proud of us cos we also finish all the questions! :D almost gave up on the last qns, the one about what is the present use of the old Guide House. BUT WE DIDNT! perseverance goes a loooooooong way! :D :D yea. my legs ended up pretty badly the next day. but overall i think pre-camp was fun! and i learnt quite some stuffs! (: |
